Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

    • You have 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return.

Eligibility:

    • The producct must be unused, in original condition, with packaging intact.

    • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

    1. Email with your order number and return reason.

    1. Wait for approval—we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and a return address based on your location.

    1. Securely pack the item and ship it using our label.

    1. We’ll email you once it’s received.
      Note: Unapproved returns won’t be accepted—always get confirmation first.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

    • Report: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

    • Process: We’ll provide a prepaid label (no cost to you). Using your own carrier? We can’t cover those fees.

    • Resolution: After inspection, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

    • We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your Hawaiian for a refund, then order a new at https://jaylorna.com/.
